  • July 2026

Due to Vacation Bible School, we were unable to have our July community meeting.

The Board will meet in August to begin planning the block party. More information will be published once the date and location have been selected.

  • Summer is here

Summer is officially here, and so is the heat! We hope you’re finding time to enjoy all the wonderful things this season has to offer.

Sounds on the Square has been another great success, with some amazing concerts already this summer. If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend, there’s still time before the season comes to an end. The best part is that the concerts are free, making it easy to gather with family, friends, and neighbors for an enjoyable evening of music and community.

One of the things I love most about this time of year is seeing our neighborhood come alive. It’s been wonderful to watch neighbors walking their children or dogs, riding bicycles, working in their yards, and stopping to visit with one another in their driveways. Those simple moments of connection are what make our community such a warm and welcoming place to call home.

On May 1st, Linda Banes, Jeanie Vinson, and I had the privilege of delivering May Baskets to 19 of our elderly neighbors. Each visit was a reminder of how much a small act of kindness can mean. We enjoyed spending time visiting with each resident, listening to their stories, sharing a few laughs, and seeing the smiles on their faces. Their heartfelt gratitude for such a simple gesture was truly touching and made the day just as special for us as we hope it was for them.

Thank you to everyone who helps make our neighborhood the caring community it is. Whether it’s attending community events, checking in on a neighbor, or simply sharing a friendly wave, it’s these everyday acts of kindness that make Bolling Heights a place we’re all proud to call home.
